The <b>ogilvy-360</b> document is a resource developed by <a href="http://www.ogilvy.com/">Ogilvy</a>, a global public relations agency. It outlines a Social Media Measurement Model that is useful for tracking your organization's success in utilizing social media.<br />
<br />
The document entitled <b>social_networking</b> is the transcript from a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation webinar "Leveraging Social Networks and Media" facilitated by <a href="http://www.lgicommunications.com/foundations/index.htm">Laufer Green Isaac</a>, a public relations and strategic marketing firm.  This transcript has a wealth of information specifically for non-profits.<br />
<br />
